Introduction

Quality Management System (QMS) is a web-based application to streamline and enhance the
quality evaluation process. QMS serves as a tool for monitoring the QA clearance status of Airborne
and Ground Units, guaranteeing that only QA-cleared systems/subsystems are incorporated into
the main system. This software simplifies all QA activities by digitizing them, reducing paperwork,
and accelerating the QA clearance process.

A Quality Management System (QMS) is a structured system of policies, processes, and procedures aimed at ensuring that an organization can consistently deliver high-quality products or services. It is designed to improve the overall performance of the organization, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet regulatory and statutory requirements .

Inspection Request module within QMS is to facilitate the Inspection Process Approval mechanism. This functionality serves as a cornerstone in ensuring that all QA activities proceed smoothly and efficiently. Through a structured framework for review and authorization, stakeholders can seamlessly submit, track, and collaborate on inspection plans in real-time, fostering transparency and accountability.
